Cheque Deposit Machine offers customers a time-saving alternative to depositing cheque at local branches. It provides a safe and reliable cheque deposit experience, optimizing our banking services to suit your needs. The key functions of our Cheque Deposit Machine are as follows:

1. Supported cheque and account types
   • Cheque Deposit Machine supports cheque(s) / cashier’s order(s) / gift cheque(s) deposit without a card to personal/company ICBC (Asia)’s HKD bank account or credit card account. The ledger balance and available balance will only be updated after the Bank’s verification of the deposit cheque(s)
   • Up to 30 Cheques, Cashier’s Orders, and / or Gift Cheques per transaction
2. Customer advice
   For the convenience of our customers, after the cheque has been successfully deposited in the Cheque Deposit Machine, the customer can choose to print out a customer advice with or without a scanned image of the cheque.

Important Notes

• The cutoff time for the last cheque deposit at a Cheque Deposit Machine is 4:15PM
• Only supports cheque deposit without card
• Only accepts HKD cheque(s) / cashier’s order(s) / gift cheque(s) deposits
• The ledger balance is only updated after the Bank has verified the deposit cheque(s)
• Up to 30 Cheques, Cashier’s Orders, and / or Gift Cheques per transaction
