How to apply
Method 1: Through ICBC (Asia) Mobile Banking App (Applicable for all customers)
Step 1: Choose card application through ICBC (Asia) Mobile Banking App
Step 2: Fill in the information for customer identity verification
ICBC (Asia) selected customers5 do not need to submit income and address proof again for the application. If you are a new customer of ICBC (Asia), you are required to scan your Hong Kong identity card, conduct facial recognition, complete the application form and upload your income and address proof6.
Step 3: Confirm the application information and the application is successfully submitted.
Method 2: Through ICBC (Asia) website, ICBC (Asia) online banking or ICBC (Asia) WeChat Official Account (Applicable for selected customers5)
Step 1: Choose to apply for an ICBC Digital Card through ICBC (Asia) website, ICBC (Asia) online banking or ICBC (Asia) WeChat Official Account
Step 2: After clicking “Apply” for the relevant card, log in through ID card number with phone number verification or log in through account and password
Step 3: Enter personal information
Step 4: Confirm the application information and the application is successfully submitted
Enjoy the convenience brought by the cardless payment
Customer can pay with ICBC Digital Card for online shopping and experience the convenience of cardless payment. Customer can also add your ICBC Digital Card into Mobile Payment Services8 inside ICBC Mobile Banking App via your Android phone to enjoy convenient credit card mobile payment instantly.
By binding ICBC Digital Card to Apple Pay9, you can enjoy shopping convenience when paying through designated Apple devices in any store, app or on web that accepts Apple Pay. Shopping is eaiser, quicker and safer whether you pay in the stores, apps or on web11.
By Binding ICBC UnionPay Digital Card to Huawei Pay10, you can use Huawei Pay at any place posted with the following signs in Hong Kong12.
Note: ICBC Digital Card is not applicable to cash advances, supplementary card applications, replacement or re-issuance of ICBC Digital Card and services related to the use of automated teller machines.

3Cash rebate is not applicable to cash advances, balance transfer, cash installment loan amount/ tax loan and personal loan amount/ merchant installment loan amount and the repayment amount, reload/ transfer of e-wallet (including but not limited to Alipay, PayMe, Tap & Go and WeChat Pay), donations, purchase of casino chips, gambling transactions, unauthorized transactions, all payment type (including but not limited to credit card charges, cash installment, any financial charges, overdue charges, all account service charges, insurance payment or utilities bills payment through online personal banking service or ATM, tax payment, payment for MPF contribution etc. Or other categories as ICBC (Asia) may determine from time to time in its sole discretion). Also, the Rewards are not applicable to the transactions of supermarkets, fuel, transportation fees, property, motor vehicle, wholesale, hospital and tuition in China etc. (transaction types are determined according to the merchant categories as defined time to time by Visa,MasterCard and UnionPay and reserves the right to change the merchant categories from time to time, or at its sole discretion of ICBC (Asia)). Transactions which have not been posted, cancelled, refunded or not authorized are not eligible to the rewards.

5Selected customers of ICBC (Asia) refer to existing ICBC (Asia) credit card customers, existing ICBC (Asia) Auto-Payroll Service customers or existing customers with total assets of HK$20,000 or above in ICBC (Asia). For non-selected customers of ICBC (Asia), they need to provide income and address proof to complete the application process.
6New customers are required to scan the Hong Kong identity card, conduct facial recognition, complete the application form and upload the income and address proof for the application.
7Each ICBC Digital Card customer has a maximum sharing credit limit (among Hong Kong Dollar and Renminbi) of HK$ 10,000.
8Online shopping payment and Mobile Payment Services inside ICBC Mobile Banking App are applicable to ICBC UnionPay Digital Card,ICBC Digital Mastercard and ICBC Visa Digital Card. Mobile Payment Services inside ICBC Mobile Banking App must be used on NFC phones with Android version 10 or below 10 and operating system version 4.4.2 and above.
9Apple Pay is applicable to ICBC UnionPay Digital Card and ICBC Visa Digital Card.
