Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (“the Bank”) would like to alert all customers and the public to a phishing email purported to be from ICBC (Asia). The phishing email provide fraudulent bank account to customers to set-up time deposit, which involved email address “enquirey@icbcasia.com”. The Bank would like to alert all customers and the public that ICBC (Asia) has no connection with the aforesaid email, and also remind all customers and the public to stay vigilant and not to provide any personal data or conduct transactions through such email. Anyone who has provided personal information or conducted transactions through such phishing email should report to the Hong Kong Police Force immediately for investigation.
