Notice of the Replacement of Paper Statements and Advice with Electronic Versions - ICBC (Asia)
Dear Valued Customer,
To protect the environment and reduce paper consumption, effective 9 Feb, 2026, ICBC (Asia) will terminate the mailing service of bank and credit card statements, and advice related to deposit, remittance, loan, and credit card (excluding mandatory regulatory correspondence). Instead, customers will receive email alerts providing free access to electronic statements and notifications via Personal Internet Banking. If you want to update/add email address to receive the notifications, please register through:
- Personal Internet Banking: Log on to Personal Internet Banking and select “Setting > Personal Information Enquiry/Modification” to update/add your email address.
- Paper Application Form: Download the “Changing Address and/or Customer Information Instruction Form” on our website “eTools > Download Forms”, and return the completed form by:
(1)Mailing to the Bank’s Post Office Box (P.O Box 872, General Post Office, Hong Kong); or
(2) Visiting our branches in person.
If you prefer to continue receiving statements and advice by mailing, please register through Personal Internet Banking as follows after 10 Feb, 2026. Mailing fees will be charged at the prevailing standard rates.
- Log on to Personal Internet Banking and select “Account Services > e-Statements > Apply/Cancel Paper Statements” and “Account Services > e-Advice > Apply/Cancel Paper Advice” respectively.
