To facilitate our system upgrade, please note that effective from 26 June 2026 until further notice, the "Dormant Account Reactivation" service will no longer be available through our Mobile Banking platform. During this period, if you need to reactivate a dormant account, please visit any of our branches in person with a valid identity document. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
