Lost/Stolen Cards
In case you find that your cards/ authentication factors have been lost, stolen or the authentication factors or your card information has been compromised, please immediately report the case to 24-hour Lost Card Reporting Hotline: (852) 2189 5588 or access Mobile Banking APP for Lost Card Report (Open Mobile Banking App, click Credit Card -> Report Lost).
