- Mastercard Lowest Rate Guarantee: If ICBC “Elite Club” Platinum Mastercard Card cardholders using Mastercard to book qualified hotel accommodation under "Prepaid Hotel Prices" or "Pay at the Local Hotel Price" through the Mastercard Travel & Lifestyle Services online or the intermediary of the authorized plan, and then find a lower price (excluding taxes and fees) for the same room type, the same hotel, the same date, the same number of children and adults online, Mastercard will refund the difference.
