You are no longer have to enter 16-digit card account numbers, and relevant card detail to complete this efficient and secure online checkout.

Click to Pay is an efficient and secure online checkout channel. Credit card details is stored in tokenized format to avoid information leakage. You will no longer have to enter 16-digit card account numbers, or fill out long forms.

You can look for the Click to Pay icon when you check out at participating online stores to enjoy efficient and secure online check out experience.

Click to Pay service supports ICBC Visa credit card. After login mobile banking, you can click “All”, then tap on “Credit Card” section, and tap “Visa Click to Pay” to operate.

You must register email address and mobile number to use Click to Pay service. Also, to login ICBC (Asia) mobile banking app perform Click to Pay registration, you must have registered mobile token or password token. If you did not register mobile token, please click here for details.

Step-by-Step Instruction

Operate at ICBC (Asia) mobile banking

Step 1: After login “ICBC (Asia)” mobile banking, tap “Click to Pay”. If a credit card does not opened Click to Pay, it will label as “Not opened”. User tap on particular credit card to register Click to Pay.

Step 2: After tap on particular credit card to register Click to Pay, the page will display credit card number automatically, and user registered mobile phone number and email address

Step 3: Read terms and conditions, click “Agree” to accept

Step 4: User needs to perform facial recognition authentication

Step 5: User completed Click to Pay registration

Step 6: Registered Click to Pay credit card will label as “Open”

Step 1: When perform transaction on merchant site, select “Click to Pay”

Step 2: Input registered mobile number and email address at our bank

Step 3: When user makes first Click to Pay transaction at a merchant, user needs to complete identity verification

Step 4: User selects registered Click to Pay credit card for transaction

Step 5: User needs to login mobile banking application to perform verification, no need to close the page during the processes

Step 6: Open “ICBC (Asia)” mobile banking app and login

Step 7: Please verify transaction details, click “Confirm” to approve transaction

Step 8: Enter 6 digits PIN from mobile token to authenticate

Step 9: Transaction is verified. User may go back to merchant page to continue transaction processes

Step 1: After login “ICBC (Asia)” mobile banking, tap “Click to Pay”. Click on the credit card would need to deactivate Click to Pay registration

Step 2: Click “Close Click to Pay”

Step 3: User needs to perform facial recognition authentication

Step 4: User deactivated Click to Pay registration
