How to apply e-Statement & e-Advice

Starting from 9th July , the bank have sent monthly statements or advice to all eligible customers for free electronically, and you can use the online service without self-registration.

How to apply e-Statement

Logon to Internet Banking via https://www.icbcasia.com

Step 1: Logon to Internet Banking via https://www.icbcasia.com

Select [e-Statement]→[Apply for/Cancel e-Statement]

Step 2: Select [e-Statement] → [Apply for/Cancel e-Statement]

1. The function shows the existing statement type of different accounts under customer’s name.

Select [e-Statement]→[Apply for/Cancel e-Statement]

Step 2: Select [e-Statement] → [Apply for/Cancel e-Statement]

2. Click the options under e-Statement to modify the statement delivery type.
3. Please click the checkbox to agree with the “e-Statement declaration” and then click “Submit” to proceed.
4. Please enter your internet banking login password to confirm the application.

Select [e-Statement]→[Apply for/Cancel e-Statement]

Step 2: Select [e-Statement] → [Apply for/Cancel e-Statement]

5. Application has been completed, customer is able to Print or Save the record for future reference.

Step 1: Logon to Internet Banking via https://www.icbcasia.com

Select [Account Services]→ [e-Advice]→[Apply /Cancel e-Advice]

Step 2: Select [Account Services] → [e-Advice] → [Apply /Cancel e-Advice]

1. The function are defeut E-Advice by mail under customer’s name.
2. Click the green box under Paper Advice to use two delivery type (E-Advice and Paper Advice).
3. Please check and click the checkbox to agree with the “e-Advice declaration” and then click “Submit” to proceed.

Select [Account Services]→ [e-Advice]→[Apply /Cancel e-Advice]

Step 2: Select [Account Services] → [e-Advice] → [Apply /Cancel e-Advice]

4. Please enter your internet banking login password to confirm the application.

Select [Account Services]→ [e-Advice]→[Apply /Cancel e-Advice]

Step 2: Select [Account Services] → [e-Advice] → [Apply /Cancel e-Advice]

5. The instruction is submitted successfully and the customer can print the record.
