ICBC (Asia) Charitable Foundation (“ICBCACF”) is a corporate foundation founded by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (“ICBC (Asia)” or the “Bank”) in 2020, it is established as a company limited by guarantee and a charitable organisation in Hong Kong that is exempted from tax under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. ICBCACF is funded by direct contribution from ICBC (Asia), supporting charitable causes through partnering and grant-making to non-profit making organisations.
