Corporate Summer Internship on the Mainland and Overseas 2026

The HYAB Scheme on Corporate Summer Internship on the Mainland and Overseas 2026 is a joint initiative between the HKSAR Government, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (“ICBC (Asia)”) and other major companies in Hong Kong. Applicants who are interested in applying for internship placement offered by ICBC (Asia) under the Scheme should submit the application through the Government's central online application system ( https://www.ydc.gov.hk/scsi/en ) by 23:59 on 9 March 2026 HKT. ICBC (Asia) will not accept applications direct at this stage.

Details of placements to be offered under the Scheme are as follows:

Number of placements:	10
Geographical location:	Shenzhen、Guangzhou
Industry:	Banking
Functional areas:	Finance and Accounting, Strategic Planning & Investment Management, Asset and Liability Management, Management Information, Financial Technology, Internet Finance, General Administration etc. (The final assignment/attachment will be subject to our business and operational needs and your career aspirations.)
Duration:	A six-week of internship between June to September, 2026 (not more than 1 week of out of the six-week internship will be conducted in Hong Kong)
Training:	Our Bank will offer induction and banking / business knowledge training to interns
Allowance:	Our Bank will offer a per diem allowance
