Personal Banking Manager (Relationship Manager)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent one stop banking services to retail customers
  • Promote and market full range of banking products and services to customers
  • Understand the needs of customers and provide insurance & investment advises
  • Ensure all the activities are complied with regulatory requirements and bank policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in retail banking industry, with solid exposures in mortgage, insurance and investment products
  • Good knowledge on AML, KYC and related banking ordinance
  • Qualifications in IIQE and HKSI is a must
  • Good team player, result orientated with strong customer service sense
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Personal Banking Officer

Relationship Manager - SME Business

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good customer relations and develop a portfolio of existing corporate customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell other bank's products & services for the branch
  • Achieve business targets by identifying and fulfilling business opportunities
  • Prepare credit proposals and analyze customers' credit worthiness
  • Ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial banking or SME business
  • Strong knowledge in commercial products / services and credit knowledge
  • Self-motivated, client focus and target driven with good selling skill
  • With qualification of IIQAS and HKSI is a must
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Mortgage Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned mortgage business target and explore new business network
  • Prepare periodical reports to the management on matters relating to mortgage loan business development
  • Handle mortgage applications and follow up the process until loan disbursement
  • Maintain and develop relationship with existing and new client base

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years working experience with bank mortgage products or property agencies, with financial institution exposure preferred
  • Strong sales and service orientation
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

Counter Service Officer / Senior Teller

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all counter transactions when required skillfully, promptly and accurately.
  • Provide back offices support including batching, cash maintenance, returns and prepare control reports.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the Senior Teller / Teller in day-to-day operations and ensure that the daily operations in compliance with internal controls, procedures and policies
  • Handle customer enquires, introduce suitable service, resolve customer problems.
  • Actively cross-sell banking products and make referrals to sales staff

Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in branch operations
  • Familiar with general consumer banking products and services, banking practices, relevant banking ordinances and regulatory requirements
  • Qualifications of IIQAS and HKSI is preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

Telesales & Telemarketing Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiry, transaction and complaint of the Bank customers
  • Provide correct information to customers promptly through relevant systems and applications
  • Identify business opportunities and cross-sell the Bank’s products and services
  • Co-work with branches / departments to deliver sales
  • Solve minor complaints from customers, and handle simple administrative works
  • Reflect customer feedbacks and suggest service improvements in terms of products, systems and daily workflow

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or above with 1 year customer service experience in banking or investment industry
  • Able to identify customer needs for cross-selling
  • Independent, customer oriented, patient, eager to learn and committed to deliver good quality services
  • Passed in IIQE and HKSI is preferred
  • Good in spoken English and Putonghua
  • Good presentation and communication skills

Contract Associate (6-month contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for data entry and document checking
  • Provide general administrative and clerical duties
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma graduate or above with minimum 1 year of clerical experience, preferably in financial institution
