According to an ICBC official, “ICBC e-Buy” e-commerce platform has provided consumers with convenient and preferential one-stop house-purchasing services by levaraging its strength in finance, customer base, online and offline channels, and cooperating with premium property enterprises (including Vanke, Evergrande, Poly, Greentown, and R&F Properties). For instance, on the basis of cooperation in new property sales, ICBC Shenzhen Branch and Vanke have further launched the services of "payment for property management fees", "second-hand house transactions" and "payment for rents"; the branch has also launched the B2B cooperation model such as "lease and sales of commercial office buildings" and "lease and sales of shops" with China Resources Land, Excellence Group and other leading property enterprises, providing consumers with one-stop online house shopping experience covering "online house selection, online payment and online loan disbursement". In addition, “ICBC e-Buy” e-commerce platform has also cooperated with premium decoration companies to include house decoration into its online house shopping services, offering one-stop "property sales + decoration + property management" services to consumers.

Created in January 2014, “ICBC e-Buy” has positioned itself as an e-commerce platform for renowned merchants, renowned brands and renowned goods. Over 70% of its merchants are directly operated by manufacturers. In the first seven months of 2015, the total number of registered “ICBC e-Buy” customers exceeded 20 million, and trading volume exceeded RMB 300 billion, representing a 31-fold increase year on year. It has evolved into a comprehensive e-commerce platform covering the operation models of B2C, B2B and B2G, and with complete functions.
