Creative Design Contest Attracts 100,000 Students from 1,800 Universities
 

The Sixth “ICBC Cup” Financial Creative Design Contest of National College Students has received nearly 100,000 applications and 1,400 designs from over 1,800 universities nationwide since its opening in June. With the number of participating universities, students and designs far exceeding that of the previous events, this contest has provided a platform for more college students to show and test their financial creativity, demonstrating its attractiveness and influence among the creative young people.

Based on the experience of previous events, this contest is designed to promote the concept of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” under the theme of “financial creativity” and improve skills of college students and enhance innovation spirit by providing a platform and vehicle for them to display talent, improve skills, promote employment and entrepreneurship and fulfill their social value.

In addition to winning the award with their financial creative designs, the contestants can also participate in e-Buy experience to win RMB 5,000 ICBC e-Buy coupons, iPhone 6s and other gifts. They can also participate in simulated precious metals trading to demonstrate skills in precious metals investment to win the award of RMB 5,000. Meanwhile, in order to encourage more college students to be involved in financial creativity and innovation, the event sponsor will also provide internship opportunities at ICBC for excellent constants, including straight job offers for winners of the contest.

The deadline for submitting designs to the creative design contest, which is October 20, is coming to a close. Simulated precious metals trading and e-Buy experience, the other two highlights of the contest, will be open for applications until early December, and the second round of challenge of simulated precious metals trading will come to an end on December 8.
