FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Wednesday decreased by 0.06 percent, or 4.38 points, to 7,334.61 points.

Share price of Worldpay Group increased by 4.84 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. 3i Group, Barclays, Paddy Power Betfair and Admiral Group increased by 2.55 percent, 2.31 percent, 1.81 percent and 1.67 percent respectively.

Randgold Resources led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 2.30 percent, following by Legal & General Group (2.12 percent), Anglo American (1.83 percent), Hikma Pharmaceuticals (1.75 percent) and easyJet (1.47 percent).
