Major Functions of the E-banking System upgrading

Information sharing between E-banking channels. With this new function, information can be shared between personal Internet banking and mobile banking. Customers can share registered E-banking account information between channels, add registered account, share security certification media, adjust payment limit, reset logon password, and realize the automatic sharing of payee information between channels.

Optimization of bill payment service of personal Internet banking. The menu item name, payment item search and setting for payment without authentication are optimized for “Bill Payment” in personal Internet banking, enhancing the handling efficiency and customer experience of bill payment service. Specifically, the three-tier column of “Online Bill Payment” is modified to “Pay bills”, search for and inquiry about bill payment items by “bill name, charging enterprise name, and region” are supported, and items of payment without authentication can be set quickly by “Enable no authentication” link.

Mobile life for mobile banking on iPhone. Mobile life client application is launched for mobile banking on iPhone. Customers can enjoy colorful mobile financial services of the Bank without logging onto mobile banking, including information, financial news, promotions, business guide, ICBC wealth management and phone recharge.

Expansion of functions of precious metal business of mobile banking. Functions of physical precious metal, physical precious metal deferment and Gold Accumulation Products service are available on mobile banking (WAP), and the function of physical precious metal is provided for mobile banking on iPhone.

Foreign exchange trading of corporate internet banking. The function of foreign exchange trading is available for corporate Internet banking and Bank-Enterprise Interlink. Customers can inquire about exchange quotations and handle real-time transactions and entrustment transactions.The service is launched in Hangzhou and Wenzhou on a trial basis.
