Addition of Clause 5

As a PayNow Registered User, Customers can now make or receive payment via PayNow by scanning the QR Code .

Revised Clause 7.8

The Bank shall not be liable to Customers for any and all losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, claims, actions or proceedings in connection with any error in any PayNow QR Code generated by Customers or any third party, or any loss or damage suffered by or claimed against Customers in connection with use or generation of any PayNow QR Code, or any improper or unauthorised use of PayNow and/or PayNow QR Code, or any force majeure or circumstance beyond our control, or any incomplete, inaccurate, and/or outdated information provided by Customers.

Revision to the indemnity that the Bank is entitled to be indemnified for disputes, acting on your instructions or you in breach of the PayNow Terms.

Revised Clause 7.9

is allowed to disclose your information generated by the registration for and/or use of PayNow to any Service Provider, our service providers and agents, other Participating Banks, their employees, service providers, agents and customers; and/or any Government Entity to provide the PayNow service to you.

Addition of Clause 7.10

You cannot disclose the QR Code specifications to any third party save to the service provider engaged by you to generate PayNow QR Code(s).

Addition of Clause 7.11

Risks awareness when using PayNow QR Code

Your use of the PayNow Service or QR Code is at your own risk (this include making sure that you do not send to the wrong recipient) and subject to you agreeing to comply with out specifications and instructions.

You agree to pay all fees, taxes, and other charges we may impose.
