Notice on termination of the "ICBC Securities" securities trading application
To provide better mobile securities trading service for our customers, ICBC (Asia) has upgraded the securities trading application. Existing "ICBC Securities" application will cease to provide service for ICBC (Asia) customers from 28/June/2021 onwards. Customers can "ICBC Smart Invest" in application stores or visit our official website to download the latest mobile securities trading application#！
Ways to download the brand new "ICBC Smart Invest" mobile securities trading application:
- Search "ICBC Smart Invest" through App Store, Google Play, HUAWEI App Gallery to download the "ICBC Smart Invest" App.
- Downlaod the latest "ICBC Smart Invest" App through our official bank website (www.icbcasia.com) > eBanking > ICBC Smart Invest.
After you have downloaded the brand new " ICBC Smart Invest" mobile securities trading application, you need to login for trading functions. If you have activated the biometric authentication login function (e.g. Fingerprint, Face ID) on “ICBC Securities”, you need to reconfigure the setting in the new application and activate the biometric authentication login function again.
Steps:
- Please login to "ICBC Smart Invest" mobile securities trading application with your account no./ card no./ user name and password
- Enter the "Settings" page in the “Me”section from the main page, and slide the "Fingerprint ID "/ "Face ID " button to the right to activate the " Fingerprint Login"/ "Face ID Login" service,
- Read and agree the related "Terms and Conditions",
- You will receive a six-digit SMS verification code on your registered mobile phone number. Please enter the verification code within 100 seconds for confirmation,
- Do the fingerprint/ Face ID verification,
- "FingerprintID"/ "Face ID" is enabled, You can use fingerprint / Face ID to login "ICBC Smart Invest" when you login next time.
