Reset biometric authenticationIf you want to activate the biometric authentication (e.g., fingerprint, Face ID) for login or fingerprint authentication for transaction when using the upgraded version of ICBC(Asia) Mobile Banking App, you need to reconfigure the setting in the new mobile banking app at one time by the following steps. First, log in with your online banking username/ account no. and password, click「Me」in the bottom right corner and click「Service and Settings」banner, slide the button next to the「Fingerprint Login Service」or「Face ID Login Service」or「Fingerprint Authentication Transaction Service」to the right，verify your identity, and complete the setup. 3.
