The New Version of Time Deposit Service Launches in Mobile Banking
ICBC(Asia) has been working hard to optimize Mobile Banking functions. In order to provide customers with a more comfortable and convenient time deposit services, the Bank will launch revamped version of Time Deposit service in the near future.
You can start the Time Deposit services directly by logging into the Mobile Banking and entering “Time Deposit” at the main page. At present, ICBC(Asia) provides the functions of "Time Deposit Product", "My Time Deposit", "Time Deposit Placement", "Withdraw", "Maturity Instruction", and "Enquiry for Appointment Time Deposit" through Mobile Banking .
The revamped version of Time Deposit brings a new user experience interface with clearer functional hierarchy and smoother page interaction. In addition to the improvement in the overall interaction design, many optimizations have been made in terms of functional diversity, including but not limited to:
1. A new sorting function is added on time deposit product page. Customers can sort within the currency according to "Interest Rate", "Minimum Amount" and "Deposit Term", so that they can find the products they need more quickly.
2. The calculation process of Time Deposit Calculator is more simplified. After setting the currency, amount and term, the customers can quickly check the estimated interest income. If you are satisfied with the estimated interest income, click "Submit" to quickly open a time deposit.
3. My Time Deposit page has a new sorting function. Customers can sort according to the currency types according to "Maturity Date", "Principal Amount" and "Deposit Term";
4. My Time Deposit page has adopted personalized presentation by showing the product name, principal, maturity instructions, reference interest rate ,maturity date, and displaying the time deposit with progress bar, which is more intuitive and clear;
5. It is possible to modify maturity instruction and draw the expired time deposit during service hours on non-working days.
