ICBC (Asia) Mobile Banking has officially launched “Interconnection” services

From 27th Aug 2020, ICBC (Asia) Mobile Banking will officially launch “Interconnection” services. Through this service, customers can inter-connect ICBC and ICBC(Asia) Mobile Banking App. Please find the new “Interconnection” services as below:

1. New Authorized Login Service

Customers can be authorized to log in ICBC Mobile Banking via ICBC(Asia) Mobile Banking App after completing a few simple steps for service registration. The operation is very easy! Firstly, customers need to click the "ICBC Login" button showing on the ICBC(Asia) Mobile Banking App, then enter the document ID number of the account opened with ICBC, use the mobile number registered with ICBC(Asia) to receive a one-time password and complete the first-time binding between two mobile banking apps. Then, customers can simply click the "ICBC Login" button and login ICBC(Asia) Mobile Banking by entering their ICBC User ID and password. Once Authorized Login is completed, customers can inter-connect ICBC and ICBC(Asia) Mobile Banking without operating between the two Apps. (Please notes that customers must have installed the Mobile Banking Apps of ICBC(Asia) and ICBC in their mobile devices concurrently.)

2. New Cross-border Services

Through Cross-border services, customers can receive the latest information of “Greater Bay Area” anytime anywhere.

3.New “Smart Reminder Services “and ” Star Customer Services”

Customers can view the transaction reminders of their bank accounts in ICBC (such as the maturity date of time deposit or repayment date of credit cards, etc). They can view the star-rating of their bank accounts in ICBC and fully interconnect the privileged services by fully connect the banking services between mainland China and Hong Kong

Simple Procedure

The binding procedures are simple :

1.1 Click the "ICBC Login" button on the ICBC(Asia) Mobile Banking login page

1.2 Switch to the login page of the ICBC Mobile Banking to complete the process.

1.3 Enter the authorization page to complete the authorization

1.4 The page returns to ICBC (Asia) Mobile Banking. Complete the login process in ICBC(Asia) mobile banking according to the notification.

1.5 Switch to the authorized login page, and your mobile number will be displayed on screen and receive a one-time SMS verification code to complete the SMS verification

1.6 Switch to authorized login page to complete document ID number verification

1.7 Authorized login is successful

2.Customers who have completed binding can use ICBC User ID and password to log in ICBC(Asia) Mobile Banking.

2.1 Click the "ICBC Login" button on the ICBC(Asia) Mobile Banking login page

2.2 Switch to the login page of ICBC Mobile Banking and complete the login process using the binding account

2.3 Enter the authorization page to complete the authorization

2.4 Return to ICBC(Asia) Mobile Banking, login successful.
