Senior Personal Banking Manager (Relationship Manager)
(Ref: Branch-PBM-VH-ICBCA)


  • Provide excellent one stop banking services to retail customers
  • Promote and market full range of banking products and services to customers
  • Understand the needs of customers and provide insurance & investment advises
  • Ensure all the activities are complied with regulatory requirements and bank policies


  • Bachelor degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in retail banking industry, with solid exposures in mortgage, insurance and investment products
  • Good knowledge on AML, KYC and related banking ordinance
  • Qualifications in IIQE and HKSI is a must
  • Good team player, result orientated with strong customer service sense
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Branch Officer Trainee
(Ref: Branch-BOT-VH- ICBCA)

With our Bank's expansion, ICBC (Asia) is currently seeking high-calibre professional to join our Bank as Branch Officer Trainee.

Successful candidates will undergo a structured training programme to develop themselves in Retail Banking industry.

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • University graduate with less than two-year full-time work experiences
  • Passionate to learn and willing to face challenge
  • A team player with good interpersonal, communication skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Putonghua & Cantonese

Relationship Manager - SME Business


  • Maintain good customer relations and develop a portfolio of existing corporate customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell other bank's products & services for the branch
  • Achieve business targets by identifying and fulfilling business opportunities
  • Prepare credit proposals and analyze customers' credit worthiness
  • Ensure compliance to internal and regulatory requirements


  • Bachelor degree or above in Business, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial banking or SME business
  • Strong knowledge in commercial products / services and credit knowledge
  • Self-motivated, client focus and target driven with good selling skill
  • With qualification of IIQAS and HKSI is a must
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

Mortgage Sales Manager - Personal Loan Department


  • Achieve assigned mortgage business target and explore new business network
  • Prepare periodical reports to the management on matters relating to mortgage loan business development
  • Handle mortgage applications and follow up the process until loan disbursement
  • Maintain and develop relationship with existing and new client base


  • Bachelor degree or above in Business, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years working experience with bank mortgage products or property agencies, with financial institution exposure preferred
  • Strong sales and service orientation
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

Counter Service Officer / Senior Teller


  • Perform all counter transactions when required skillfully, promptly and accurately.
  • Provide back offices support including batching, cash maintenance, returns and prepare control reports.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the Senior Teller / Teller in day-to-day operations and ensure that the daily operations in compliance with internal controls, procedures and policies
  • Handle customer enquires, introduce suitable service, resolve customer problems.
  • Actively cross-sell banking products and make referrals to sales staff


  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in branch operations
  • Familiar with general consumer banking products and services, banking practices, relevant banking ordinances and regulatory requirements
  • Qualifications of IIQAS and HKSI is preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

Customer Service Manager – Corporate Banking 2 Department


  • Provide sales services to customers including account openings, AML checking, deposit quotation, remittance & banking
  • Coordinate and track internal business reporting of the business unit
  • Cross-sell bank’s customer products, if any, to potential customers
  • Act as coordinator for the Department to liaise with customers and other departments in daily operations
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Form 7 or above
  • Relevant working experience in banking operations: loans administration/deposits/account opening/e-banking services and etc; preferably with front-line or customer service /bills operation experience
  • Good business sense, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature and self-driven
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Conversant in MS Office Applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

Contract Associate (6-month contract)


  • Responsible for data entry and document checking
  • Provide general administrative and clerical duties
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required


  • Diploma graduate or above with minimum 1 year of clerical experience, preferably in financial institution
  • Organized and detailed-minded
  • Good PC skills, fast and accurate typing
