#Only newly added Spending instalment plan and Statement instalment plan within the promotion period will be counted, and Dragon Pass points rewards will be awarded based on the accumulated amount of these new installment transactions. Eligible credit card spending includes credit card spending amounts and newly arranged spending installment payment amounts.
Example: In April, eligible spending amounts to HK$6,000, with an additional HK$4,000 in newly arranged spending installment payments. The customer’s total eligible spending for April is HK$10,000, earning 3 Dragon Points rewards.

Its global network covers 140 countries and regions, over 600 cities and 1,600 airports and high speed rail stations. For departure from Hong Kong International Airport, customers can enjoy free courtesy lounge service at Plaza Premium Lounge. How to use DragonPass points?
Each DragonPass point can be used for one airport lounge access or two high speed rail lounge accesses. It is flexible to use and can be used by the customers themselves or shared with accompanying family and friends. The reward will be notified by SMS. When using it, please click on the link in the SMS, scan the QR code and verify the information.

(DragonPass Company Limited is the service provider of “DragonPass Courtesy Service”). 2. The reward will be arranged within 7 working days after the end of each month within the promotion period, and the reward will be notified via SMS. (The reward is valid for 30 days from the send out date of the SMS and will expire after that period). 3. There are a total of 10,000 DragonPass points reward available during the promotion period on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.
Terms and Conditions:
“Enjoy Airport & High-Speed Rail Lounge Privileges with ICBC Credit Card” (this “Promotion”) includes Reward 1, Reward 2, Reward 3 and Reward 4. (the “Reward”)
The promotion period of this Promotion is valid from1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
Within the Promotion Period, customers can earn the DragonPass points with credit card include Visa, MasterCard or UnionPay issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (the “Bank”) (the “Eligible Credit Card”) by fulfilling the Reward conditions of the above Reward 1, Reward 2, Reward 3 and/or Reward 4 Customers can redeem the DragonPass points for the lounge service at the airport and/or high speed railway station. Corporate card is not applicable to Reward 1, Reward 2, Reward 3 and Reward 4.
“New customer” refers to those who are not currently holding any credit card issued by the Bank or have not cancelled any credit card(s) of the bank within the last 6 months (including affinity card).
Reward 1: Each Eligible Credit Card customer can enjoy Reward 1 up to once per month during the Promotion Period (that is 1 DragonPass point), and enjoy Reward 1 up to once within the entire Promotion Period (that is 1 DragonPass point); Reward 2, Reward 3 and Reward 4: Each Eligible Credit Card customer can enjoy Reward 2, Reward 3 and Reward 4 up to once per month during the Promotion Period (that is 6 DragonPass points), and enjoy Reward 2, Reward 3 and Reward 4 up to 3 times within the entire Promotion Period (that is 18 DragonPass points).

The Reward is applicable to the eligible transaction. Eligible transaction is based on the date of transaction and must be posted to account no later than 7 days after the Promotion Period. Eligible transactions do not include cash advance, balance transfer, cash installment loan amount, tax loan and personal loan amount, merchant installment loan amount and the repayment amount, reload and transfer of e-wallet (includes but not limited to Octopus, Alipay, PayMe, Tap & Go and WeChat Pay), donations, purchase of casino chips, gambling transactions, unauthorized transactions and all payment types (including but not limited to credit card charges, cash installment, any financial charges, overdue charges, all account service charges, all insurance payments or utilities bills payment, tax payment, payment for MPF contribution etc; or other categories as the Bank may determine from time to time in its sole discretion). The Reward is not applicable to the transactions of fuel, transportation fees, property, motor vehicle, wholesale, hospital and tuition fees etc. in the Chinese Mainland (transaction types are determined according to the merchant categories as defined time to time by Visa, MasterCard, and UnionPay, or at its sole discretion of the Bank). Transactions which have not been posted, cancelled, refunded or unauthorized are not applicable to this Promotion. In case of any dispute in relation to the interpretation of the eligible transaction, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
The Reward will be arranged within 7 working days after the end of each month within the Promotion Period, and the Reward will be notified via SMS (The Reward is valid for 30 days from the send out date of the SMS and will expire after that period).
Customers are required to check carefully the DragonPass point issued from time to time by the Credit Card Centre of the Bank. If there any errors or discrepancies in the DragonPass point, the customers should contact Credit Card Centre of the Bank at (852) 2189 5588 within 60 days after the end of each natural month during the Promotion Period. Otherwise, all DragonPass points issued under this Promotion will be considered correct and binding on the customers, and the Bank will not accept any claims.
The relevant spending is calculated based on a single customer, combining the eligible spending of principal card and supplementary card(s).
To be eligible for the Reward, account of the Eligible Credit Card cardholder must be still valid and without any arrears of repayment record when the Reward is to be credited.
The Bank is not the supplier of the products or services, and has no liability for any matters related to any such products/services.
Under no circumstances shall any person be entitled to make a claim against the Bank in relation to failure of any communication systems malfunction, interruption, interception, suspension, delay, blackout, loss, unavailability, mutilation, incorrect data transmission, or failure of any payment transaction arising from POS terminal including but not limited to technical issues related to program software, any POS equipment, bank card, electronic payment system, banking system, telephone line and network etc. that may temporarily affect, delay, or unsuccessful completion of a transaction.
In case of any dispute arising out of or in relation to this Promotion, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
No person other than the Bank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance of Hong Kong to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
The Bank reserves the right to cancel &/or suspend granting any offer under this Promotion, and/or vary these terms and conditions at any time. The Bank accepts no liability for such cancellation or suspension or change.
If the cardholder commits any fraud or deceptive acts, the Bank reserves the right to take legal action and reserves the right to disqualify the cardholder from enjoying this Promotion.
Any person or entity that is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623, of the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
