Terms and conditions:
“Enjoy up to HK$150 cash rebate by using ICBC Visa Credit Card to settle tax payment” (this “Offer”) is valid from 1 October 2025 till 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“the Promotion Period”). The total funding pool for this Offer is capped at HK$1,200,000. With a limited quota for cash rebates available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stock lasts, whichever is earlier (based on the transaction date). Once the quota has been reached, the Bank will post a notice on its official website www.icbcasia.com and its Facebook page as soon as reasonably practicable. Furthermore, if a customer has not received any relevant cash rebate within three months after the conclusion of the Promotion Period, it indicates that the customer is either ineligible or the quota has been reached. In either case, the Bank will not notify any participant of this individually.
This Offer is only applicable to customers who settle tax payment with an amount of HK$5,000 or above via the Bank’s Internet Banking, Mobile Banking or Jet Payment service via JETCO ATM with ICBC Visa Credit Card(s) (Included Virtual Digital Credit Card) issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (the “Bank”) (“Eligible Credit Card”)during the Promotion Period (“Eligible transaction”). Eligible transaction is based on the date of transaction. This Offer is not applicable to Corporate Card. Newly activated credit card means the Eligible Credit Card(s) which is/are activated during the Promotion Period of this Offer.
Cash rebate is calculated based on a single credit card, combining the eligible spending of the principal and supplementary cards. The maximum cash rebate for each Eligible Credit Card during the entire promotion period is HK$100 (or HK$150 for tax payments made with a newly activated eligible credit card). The cash rebate under this Offer will be credited to the principal cardholder’s Hong Kong Dollar account of Eligible Credit Card(s) with the eligible transaction(s) by the end Jun 2026, and will be shown in the respective monthly statement.
Upon participation in, use of, or execution of any transaction activity related to this promotion, the customer is considered to have fully accepted and agreed to comply with all applicable terms.
To be eligible for the cash rebate, the Eligible Credit Card account of the cardholders must be still valid and without any arrears of repayment record when the cash rebate is to be credited. The cash rebate amount cannot be drawn as cash advance, is non-transferable and cannot be offset against credit card payment.
The offer will be terminated if fails to accept the Eligible Credit Card for transaction during payment.
Unless otherwise specified, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers of the Bank.
Under no circumstances shall any person be entitled to make a claim against the Bank in relation to failure of any communication systems malfunction, interruption, interception, suspension, delay, blackout, loss, unavailability, mutilation, incorrect data transmission, or failure of any payment transaction arising from POS terminal including but not limited to technical issues related to program software, any POS equipment, bank card, electronic payment system, banking system, telephone line and network, etc. that may temporarily affect, delay, or unsuccessful completion of a transaction.

The Bank reserves the right to cancel &/or suspend granting any offer under this Offer, and/or vary these terms and conditions at any time. The Bank accepts no liability for such cancellation or suspension or change.
In case of any dispute arising out of or in relation to this Offer, the decision of The Bank shall be final.
If the cardholder commits any fraud or deceptive acts, the Bank reserves the right to take legal action and reserves the right to disqualify the cardholder from enjoying this Offer.
Any person or entity that is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
