Terms and Conditions:
The Promotion Period of “Enjoy a 10% discount on selected jewellery at Chow Tai Fook with ICBC credit card” (this “Offer”) is from 20 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
This Offer is applicable to ICBC Credit Card (the “Eligible Credit Card”) issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (the “Bank”).
This Offer is applicable to Hong Kong and Macau CHOW TAI FOOK branches (except Hong Kong Disneyland branch and Disneyland Castle branch).
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers (including any offer, Gold Club/Jewellery Club redemptions, Chow Tai Fook Membership Programme reward coupons/Member Reward Bonus Points and Promotion Coupons issued by CHOW TAI FOOK).
This Offer is not applicable to the purchase of loose stones, corporate or customer gifts orders, or accessory.
Unless otherwise specified, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers of the Bank.

In case of any disputes, the Bank and Chow Tai Fook reserve the rights for final decision.
The Bank and Chow Tai Fook reserve the right to cancel &/or suspend granting any offer under this Offer, and/or vary these terms and conditions at any time. The Bank and Chow Tai Fook accept no liability for such cancellation or suspension or change.
If the cardholder commits any fraud or deceptive acts, the Bank reserves the right to take legal action and reserves the right to disqualify the cardholder from enjoying this Offer.
Any person or entity that is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) to enforce any term under of these Terms and Conditions.
In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
