Terms and Conditions:

The Promotion Period of “Enjoy up to 15% cash rebate upon purchase at Best Mart 360º or FoodVille with ICBC Credit Card or ICBC Pay” (this “Offer”) is from 1 May 2025 to 19 June 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”), or until the quotas are available, while stock lasts, whichever is earlier (based on the transaction date).

This Offer is applicable to ICBC Credit Card (the “Eligible Credit Card”) issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (the “Bank”) or ICBC Pay.

This Offer is only applicable to the physical stores of Best Mart 360º and FoodVille in Hong Kong (the “Participating Merchants”). For shop details, please contact the Customer Service Hotline of Best Mart 360º and FoodVille at (852) 2186 5188.

During the Promotion Period, customer with the Eligible Credit Card or ICBC Pay can enjoy up to 15% cash rebate for a single net spending HK$150 or above at the Participating Merchants. Each customer can enjoy a maximum HK$200 cash rebate per month, or up to two times in total HK$400 rebate within the entire Promotion Period. The cash rebate is calculated based on each natural month. Spending from 1 May 2025 to 31 May 2025 (both dates inclusive) will be counted as an entire natural month; Spending from 1 June 2025 to 19 June 2025 (both dates inclusive) will be counted as an entire natural month.

The cash rebate offered under this Offer will be credited to the principal cardholder’s Hong Kong Dollar account of Eligible Credit Card(s) with the eligible transaction(s) within three months after the end of the entire Promotion Period and will be shown in the respective monthly statement.

Unless otherwise specified, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers of the Bank.

The relevant spending is calculated based on a single customer, combining the eligible spending of principal card and supplementary card(s).

To be eligible for the cash rebate, account of the Eligible Credit Card cardholder must be still valid and without any arrears of repayment record when the cash rebate is to be credited.

Eligible transaction is based on the date of transaction, must be posted to account no later than seven days after the Promotion Period. Eligible transactions do not include cash advance, balance transfer, cash installment loan amount/tax loan and personal loan amount/merchant installment loan amount and the repayment amount, reload/transfer of e-wallet (includes but not limited to Octopus, Alipay, PayMe, Tap & Go and WeChat Pay), donations, purchase of casino chips, gambling transactions, unauthorized transactions, all payment types (including but not limited to credit card charges, cash installment, any financial charges, overdue charges, all account service charges, all insurance payments or utilities bills payment, tax payment, payment for MPF contribution etc. or other categories as the Bank may determine from time to time in its sole discretion); this Offer is also not applicable to the transactions of fuel, transportation fees, property, motor vehicle, wholesale, hospital and tuition fee etc. in the Chinese Mainland (transaction types are determined according to the merchant categories as defined time to time by VISA, MasterCard and UnionPay International, or at its sole discretion of the Bank). Transactions which have not been posted, cancelled, refunded or not authorized are not eligible for this Offer. In case of any dispute in relation to the interpretation of the eligible transaction, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.

The offer will be terminated if merchant fails to accept the Eligible Credit Card or ICBC Pay for transaction during payment. The offer details at the time of purchase shall prevail. Under no circumstances shall any person be entitled to make a claim against the Bank in relation to failure of any communication systems malfunction, interruption, interception, suspension, delay, blackout, loss, unavailability, mutilation, incorrect data transmission, or failure of any payment transaction arising from POS terminal including but not limited to technical issues related to program software, any POS equipment, bank card, electronic payment system, banking system, telephone line and network, etc. that may temporarily affect, delay, or unsuccessful completion of a transaction.

In case of any dispute arising out of or in relation to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final.

The Bank reserves the right to cancel &/or suspend granting any offer under this Offer, and/or vary these terms and conditions at any time. The Bank accepts no liability for such cancellation or suspension or change.

If the cardholder commits any fraud or deceptive acts, the Bank reserves the right to take legal action and reserves the right to disqualify the cardholder from enjoying this Offer.

Any person or entity that is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions.

The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
