Merchant Terms and Conditions:

The promotion period for “Pay with an ICBC Visa credit card to receive up to HK$60 AIRSIDE e-Coupon and up to 15% off at designated AIRSIDE merchants” (this “Offer”) is from 1 Oct 2025 to 30 November 2025. Cardholders are required to settle payment including deposit (if any) with valid ICBC Visa Principal or Supplementary credit card using Visa NET to enjoy this Offer.

This Offer is applicable to ICBC Visa Credit Card issued by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (the “Bank”) (the “Eligible Credit Card”) All payments must be settled in full with Eligible ICBC Visa Credit Card in order to enjoy this Offer.

ICBC Visa Cardholders must register as NF Touch member to enjoy the offer.

The net transaction value of each receipt must be HK$100 or above. Each customer is entitled to a maximum of ONE reward redemption per day and must visit the redemption location (NF Touch Member Concierge, Shop 311, 3/F, AIRSIDE) in person on the same day of purchase. Late redemption will not be accepted.

Offer 2 is subject to availability of the items and other terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, participating merchants reserves the rights of final decision. Participating merchants general terms and conditions apply, please check with the participating merchants for details.

Nan Fung and Visa and the Bank reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 

In case of any dispute, the decision of Nan Fung, Visa and the Bank shall be final and binding. 

In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions herein, the English version shall prevail.

Visa Terms and Conditions:

Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. No warranties are made by Visa that the information is correct. Please check directly with the Merchant to confirm availability and validity of this Offer.

For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Visa cardholders, the Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the Merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.

By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that:
- Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this Offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.
- Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of this Offer or goods and/or services provided under this Offer.
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version (if any) of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.

Terms and Conditions of the Bank:

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (“the Bank”) is not the supplier of the aforementioned products or services and shall accordingly bear no liability whatsoever in respect of the quality.

The Bank has exercised all reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in these terms and conditions relating to the Offer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Bank shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in these terms and conditions. In the event of any such errors or omissions, the Bank reserves the right to make the final decision.

If the participating merchant ceases operations, or Visa terminates its cooperation with the merchant, the relevant Offer will be terminated immediately, and the Bank shall not be obiged to provide any prior notice thereof.

The Offer is organized by Visa, and any disputes relating to this Offer shall be handled and resolved by Visa. The Bank shall not bear any responsibility in respect thereof and shall have no responsibility in respect thereof and shall have no right of final decision.

The Offer is administered by Visa, and the Bank shall have no control whatsoever over anyy cancellation, suspension, or variation of the Offer or these Terms and Conditions, nor shall it incur any liability in consequence thereof.

Any person or entity that is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term under of these Terms and Conditions.

The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
