Notice on Personal Account Funds Automatic Aggregation Service

1. The Personal Account Funds Automatic Aggregation Service refers the one that ICBC accepts customers' online trusts to aggregate the funds from the accounts to be aggregated to the designated accounts according to the customers' requests, under the condition to keep a certain amount of funds on the accounts to be aggregated.

2. When processing account funds aggregation services, customers must use E-banking Code Card or USB-Shield to sign.

3. If customers cancel the funds aggregation services within the valid service term, ICBC won't refund the corresponding service fees the customers paid.

4. ICBC won't take any responsibilities for its failures to correctly perform the funds aggregation instructions customers submitted due to following reasons:

(1) After changing the appointed information, the customers failed to promptly upgrade it at ICBC.

(2) Party A's account deposit balances or credit lines are insufficient.

(3) The funds in Party A's accounts are legally frozen or deducted.

(4) Party A failed to follow Party B's corresponding rules to conduct correct operations.

(5) Troubles and errors network and communications encountered

(6) Force majeure or other circumstances beyond Party B's faults.

5. The dissents, customers encountered while using ICBC funds aggregation services, can't be resolved through consultations will be settled according to the patterns stipulated in "ICBC E-Banking Personal Customer Services Agreement".

6. You have agreed that as for the issues beyond this notice will be processed according to corresponding stipulations defined by ICBC and the financial regulatory regulations.
