Public Liability
Public Liability covers all sums which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay for compensation in respect of
- bodily injury to or illness or disease of any person
- loss of or damage to property
It also covers expenses of litigation
- reclaimed by any claimant against the Insured
- incurred with the written consent of the company
