Notice of Amendment to the Services Charges Booklet
Dear Valued Customer,
With effect from 05 Jun 2017 (the “Effective Date”), the Service Charges Booklet will be revised as follows:
- A new clause 4 will be added to the Remark in Section IX.Investment Services of the Service Charges Booklet as follows:-
“The Bank reserves the right to collect the fees and charges set out in this Section IX. Investment Services in the relevant currency with equivalent value (where applicable). The exchange rate is determined by the Bank from time to time.”
Please note that your continuous use of our service(s) after the Effective Date will be regarded as your acceptance of the above revision. If you decline to accept the above revision, we may not be able to continue to provide the relevant service(s) to you and please notify us through the following Customer Service Hotline for the cancellation arrangement.
