Introduce the Brand-New “RMB Deposit” Service at ICBC(Asia) ATMs
In order to enhance our automated self-service channel, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (the “Bank”) has introduced new RMB Cash Deposit service at our ATMs.Customers can insert debit card or UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card, or key in account number to make deposit to the RMB bank account or credit card account. The process of making RMB Deposit service is very simple, which is the same way as making HKD Deposit.
Scope of RMB Cash Deposit Service:
- RMB Deposit service is applicable for the RMB saving account, the RMB current account and the RMB subsidiary account of UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card, which does not involve any foreign exchange.
- The maximum daily RMB deposit limit per account is CNY 20,000 and a maximum of 50 notes will be accepted for each ATM deposit. ICBC(Asia) ATMs accept the notes denomination of CNY 100 only.
- A service fee of 0.125% of total RMB deposit amount will be charged if the deposit amount exceeds the maximum daily RMB deposit limit of CNY 20,000 (calculated with all channels). The minimum charge is CNY 30.
- Upon acceptance by the ATM, deposits to RMB saving and current accounts is credited immediately, while deposits to RMB subsidiary account of UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card will be credited on the next business day.

ICBC(Asia) ATMs provide 7x24 RMB deposit service*, which allow customers to perform RMB deposit after the branch opening hours.
