ICBC (Asia) Launches Cheque Deposit Machine Service

ICBC (Asia) is always working hard in satisfying different customer’s banking needs. To enhance customers’ cheque deposit experience, we have launched the new cheque deposit machine service in MongKok Branch on 20th July. The service will also be available in Admiralty Personal Banking Center, Queen’s Road Central Branch and Telford Branch later.

Customers can bring their HKD cheques, cashier’s orders or gift cheques to the cheque deposit machines in the aforesaid branches. The cheque deposit process can be completed with a few simple steps by entering personal/company ICBC (Asia)’s HKD bank account or credit card number, and following the instructions on the touch-screen, which is fast and simple. The cheque deposit machine accepts a maximum deposit of 30 cheques, cashier’s orders or gift cheques per transaction. It offers the choice for customers to print customer advices with or without cheque image, facilitating customers to manage every cheque deposit transaction effectively. The new cheque deposit machine service saves customers’ time for queuing in branch and provides a safer and more reliable cheque deposit experience.
