Loss and Subsequent Replacement of Identity Document

The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (the "Bank") would like to remind customers to notify the Bank immediately if their identification document has been lost / stolen. To protect your own interest, please promptly notify the Bank to update the customer’s record after your identification document has been replaced.
