The Bank Consortium MPF Plan

 
  • The Plan is designed to provide retirement benefits to plan members upon their retirement.
  • The Plan is a defined contribution provident fund scheme. It provides various investment options to suit the particular circumstances of participating employers and Plan members.
  • In addition to mandatory contributions, the Plan also accepts voluntary contributions made by employers, employees and self-employed persons.
  • For regular and preserved Plan members, Special Voluntary Contribution Savings Plan ("SVC") , the Plan also accepts the eligible members to pay additional contribution at their own pace and timing without the hassle of going through their employer.

The Bank Consortium Industry Plan

 
  • The Plan is designed to provide retirement benefits to Plan members upon their retirement. Being an industry plan, it is open to all employers, regular employees, casual employees and self-employed persons of the catering or construction industries.
  • The Plan is a defined contribution provident fund scheme specifically designed for the workforce covering both casual and regular employees in the catering and construction industries. Casual employees refer to those employees who are employed on a day-to-day basis or for a fixed period of less than 60 days whereas regular employees refer to all other employees in these industries who are employed for a period of 60 days or more.
  • In addition to mandatory contributions, the Plan also accepts voluntary contributions made by employers, regular employees, casual employees and self-employed persons.
  • For regular and preserved Plan members, Special Voluntary Contribution Savings Plan ("SVC") , the Plan also accepts the eligible members to pay additional contribution at their own pace and timing without the hassle of going through their employer.
