Account Opening Witness Service for the opening of ICBC (Asia) account

Customers on the Mainland can open "Elite Club" or "Integrated Account" of ICBC (Asia) via Account Opening Witness Service provided by ICBC.

Both "Elite Club" and "Integrated Account" of ICBC (Asia) are integrated accounts that combined various sub-accounts for daily banking.
"Elite Club" is free-of-charge if customers maintain daily average total liquid assets over HK$800,000 for the last three months. Average Total Liquid Assets refers to the total of your deposits and the market value of investments in all your single and joint name(s) accounts at our Bank.

"Elite Club" provides preferential interest rate, discount rate on handling charge of investment and settlement and other exclusive services.

"Integrated Account" is free-of-charge if customers maintain daily average total liquid assets over HK$10,000 for the last three months. Average Total Liquid Assets refers to the total of your deposits and the market value of investments in all your single and joint name(s) accounts at our Bank. ICBC (Asia) especially waives the first year monthly charge regardless of the account balance for ICBC's customers on the Mainland.

ICBC's customers over the age of 18, who intend to open "Elite Club" or "Integrated Account" with ICBC (Asia), can bring along their valid identity card, together with residential address proof and Hong Kong/Macao entry permit(or passport) to designated branches of ICBC to arrange for account opening witness services.
