We offer Basic and Additional Coverage for your own choice. Basic Coverage includes death, loss of limbs, fingers, senses, etc. You can also choose Additional Coverage for full protection which includes temporary disability to work and medical expenses.

Premium will be calculated according to your occupation and insured amount. If you are between 16 - 65 years old, then you can apply.

To apply, just complete our enrollment application form and return it to any of our branches. The cover will be effective once accepted.
