Customers on the Mainland can manage their ICBC (Asia) accounts via electronic channels, including:

After the ICBC (Asia) account is opened, customer will receive a set of user name and password for entering the Internet Banking of ICBC (Asia) to manage the banking matters, for example, open other deposit and investment accounts, fund transfer, investment, currency trading, time deposit placement, renewal and uplift, etc..

When you are on the Mainland, you can dial a local call 95588* to access to your bank, credit card and securities accounts of ICBC (Asia) with a wide range of services, without any long distance call cost.
* Please press "8" for Roaming Service and then "00852".

You can use the Debit Card of ICBC (Asia) at the ATMs of ICBC on the Mainland for cash withdrawal and balance enquiry without any charge.
