New Personal Internet Baning Service

 

Step 1:

Please input your 'Internet Securities Account Number ' or 'Internet Banking Service A/C No./Defined User Name', and your 'PIN' in the relevant boxes to login to the service. (please refer to Step 2)

Step 2: Confirmation after login

The information of last login, including the date, time, account number, and definded user name will be displayed for your reference after successful login. Then, you can select the function from the menu bar to enjoy our Personal Internet Banking Service. (Please refer to Step 3)

 

'Enquiries':

  

You can check the account information by selecting the enquiry function shown on the menu bar or under the pull down menu of various applications. If you select 'My portfolio', consolidated accounts information will be shown for your easy reference. (please refer to the screen below)

  

'Deposit Inquiries'

   

Detailed account balance will be displayed after your selection of 'Deposit Summary' . Also, you can simply click on the 'Transfer' button beside the related account so as to switch to the related web page to perform funds transfer transactions. (Please refer below screen)

    

 

Step 1: Fund Transfer and Currency Trading

  

You can click on the pull down menu for the selection of the related functions, such as 'Fund Transfer and Currency Trading', the following screen will be shown: (Please refer Step 2)

   

Step 2: Enquire for the Exchange Rate for Funds Transfer

    

If exchange is involved during the funds transfer transaction, you can choose the relevant currency from the button of 'Exchange Rate' to view the system rate for your easy reference. (Please refer Step 3 for the pop-up screen of exchange rate inquiry.)

  

Step 3: Exchang Rate

  

After checking the exchange rate information, you can close the box to continue the transfer transaction.

   

 

Step 1: 'Login'

  

Please input your 'Internet Securities Account' , or 'Internet Banking Account/Defined User Name' and your 'PIN' in the relevant boxes to login to the service. (please refer to Step 2).

    

Step 2: Hyper Link to our Securities Services' after Login

  

You can switch to the 'Securities Services' web page by clicking on the hyper link showing in red on the confirmation page after login. (Please refer to Step 3)

  

Step 3: 'Buy/Sell Stocks'

   

You simply choose the 'Buy' or' Sell' button, then input the Stock Code, Stock Name and the trading instruction to process the securities trading transaction. Besides, you can also select various sevices from the function menu for processing.

  

 

Step 1:? Click on the link for “Quick Quote” after Logon

After logon, you can click on the link for “Quick Quote”(marked as red below) and activate the stock quote function. You have to accept the related terms and conditions. (See Step 2 Below)

Step 2: The quick quote bar you can see after you accept the Terms and Conditions

After you accept the Terms and Conditions, you can input the “Stock Code”(marked as red below) and select the quote type, then you can enquire for the related information.

Step 3: Enquire about the stock details

You can select “Securities" - "Market Information” from the “Investment” menu, so as to enquire about the stock details.

 

Step 1: Others

  

Also, you can perform other banking transactions via our Internet Banking, such as, cheque status enquiry, cheque book request, stop cheque payment, request statement, purchase of Cashier's Order and Demand Draft , and the application of ATM Card. (Please refer Step 2 for ATM Card application)

   

Step 2: Application of ATM Card

   

You can simply input the related information to apply for the ATM Card.
