  • two groups of authorized users and
  • three tiers of transfer limits
  1. Customers have to pre-register the beneficiary accounts over counter before the transaction of Telegraphic Transfer. (Telegraphic Transfer of RMB is unavailable at this moment)
  2. Fund transfers through CHATS can be valued on the same day or the scheduled transaction day.
  3. Fund transfers through Electronic Clearing will be completed within 3 working days.
