ICBC(Asia) now launches e-Statement Service of Personal Internet Banking service. If you are using our Personal Internet Banking Service, you can apply the e-Statement service after login to Internet Banking Service. The service can protect our environment and is free of charge, please apply now.  

• Applicable Statement Types: (1) Bank Consolidated Statement (2) Credit Card Statement (3) Investment Consolidated Statement

• File format of e-Statement: e-Statements are in Portable Data Format (PDF), your computer should have be installed with an Acrobat Reader (version 7.0 or above) to view the statements. If your computer have been installed with Acrobat Reader, please download "Acrobat Reader" and "Asian Font Packs for Acrobat Reader 7.0".  

• E-mail Alert: we have an additional service to provide e-Statement Email Alert. When you have new e-Statement, we will send an alert email to your registered email address and then you can check and download the new e-Statement. Personal Internet Banking has already added the Update Email Address function (applicable for Bank Consolidated Statement and Investment Consolidated Statement)

• Storage period of e-Statement: System will keep the Bank Consolidated Statement, Investment Consolidated Monthly Statement and Credit Card Statement for a maximum of 12 months and the Investment Consolidated Daily Statement for a maximum of 1 month, customer can print out or download the statement to keep record.

• Application:
  • Existing Personal Internet Banking customers can login the system and apply directly during the service hours. Customers may also visit any of our branches for application;
  • Apply e-Statement for Bank Account and Investment Consolidated Account: Please login Personal Internet Banking and go to "Other Services-->e-Statement--> Apply e-Statement" for application, the instruction will be effective on the next working day.
  • Apply e-Statement for Credit card account: Please login Personal Internet Banking and go to "Card-->Statement-->Apply/Cancel e-Statement", the instruction will be processed within 7 working days.
  
  
  • Non-Personal Internet Banking customers who are using our ATM Card service or Phone Banking Service can apply the e-Statement after activation of their Personal Internet Banking service via "Online Registration". Please click  for Personal Internet Banking On-line Registration;
  • Customers without the above two kinds of services can visit any of our branches to apply for the service.
