Why I cannot enter the password to login the Internet Banking?

Answer:

Please check whether you have installed Sun Java Plugin or activeX on your computer. Please visit the website : http://www.java.com to install Java or follow the computer pop-up to install activeX. Please also note that your user ID is NOT case sensitive. Our system will store your ID in lower case letters.

Question 2:

Should I click "Go" or "Register Now" when I cannot login Personal Internet Banking?

Answer:

If you have already registered Personal Internet Banking Services and received the Personal Identification number (PIN) envelope, you can login the Internet Banking Services directly. Please simply follow the steps below:
1. Select "Personal / Securities" in www.icbcasia.com
2. Click 'Go" to login
3. Input the Internet Banking Account number and PIN
4. Click "Confirm".


"Register Now" is only tailored for the customers who have not applied for Personal Internet Banking to register and activate the service online. After successful online registration, you can enjoy our Internet banking service such as account enquiry, deposit, loan, investment, credit card and insurance services etc. For more details, please visit the below webpage:

Question 2:

If I have Elite Club ATM card, can I have cash withdrawal in Mainland? If yes, what are the charges?

Answer:

It is free of charge to perform cash withdrawal in ICBC’s ATMs in Mainland. You can also perform cash withdrawal in China UnionPay’s ATMs in Mainland that HKD15 service charge will be incurred for each successful transaction.

How to report loss of ATM card?

Answer:

Please contact our Customer Services Hotline on (852) 218 95588 immediately (press 1, 3 after selecting language). You can also call ICBC Customer Services hotline in Mainland China (Press 8,2,1 for transferring to our Customer Services Hotline.)

Your account is probably the sub-account set up by the respective investment company. Please contact with investment company directly. If you would like to open ICBC(Asia) account, please bring along valid identity card, Hong Kong/Macao entry permit(or passport) and residential address proof to designated branches of ICBC to arrange for account opening witness services.
