Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service


  • ICBC Credit Card Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service ("AAVS") enables you automatically to add value to any Octopus card/product when there is insufficient fund. No need to queue. Octopus now can be used in Shenzhen. Octopus card/product with AAVS function can be also top-up at Shenzhen too.

    The top-up value is entitled to cash rebate or bonus point as well as an interest-free repayment period (varied from card type). You can also apply for AAVS to your beloved ones.

  • Bonus Point

    For every HKD/RMB 1 spent with your ICBC Visa Dual Currency Credit Card, you will receive 1 point. Accumulated bonus points can be redeemed for cash coupons, Air China PhoenixMiles, Fortune Wings Miles (Hainan Airlines / Hong Kong Airlines / Hong Kong Express) or China Southern Airlines Sky Peal Club Mileage. You can also choose cash rebate as spending rewards.

    For every HKD/RMB 1 spent with the card you will be entitled to 0.5% cash rebate. (Cash Rebate for RMB spending will be converted into HKD at 1:1 conversion rate).  Rebate amount will be calculated on monthly basis, and shown in the next monthly statement.

  • Cash Rebate

    Cardholder can choose cash rebate as their spending rewards. For every dollar (HKD) spends with the card will entitle cot 0.5% cash rebate. Rebate amount will be calculated on monthly basis, and shown in the next monthly statement.

    Note:
    Bonus point and Cash Rebate cannot be earned in respect of cash advances, balance transfer, cash installment loan and the repayment, tax loan and personal loan repayment, installment plan, donation, tax payment, purchase of casino chips, gambling transaction, credit card annual fee and all kinds of handling fees and financial charges and any unauthorized transactions.
