Overview:
Our Officer Trainee Program is a 12-month programme which covers classroom training, on-the-job training and job rotation. Upon completion of the Programme, development opportunities and further advancement will be available for trainees with outstanding performance and capabilities to progress further along their career ladder.

  • Review tactical and strategic plans to boost the sales revenue in order to achieve year and assigned target within regulatory framework

You will also learn the risk management framework of ICBC (Asia) and develop a broad range of risk management skills and knowledge under the training program, coaching and guidance of the Chief Risk Officer and other senior risk management executives.   • Requirements:

Assistant Manager - Core Operations(Ref: COD-AMCO-ML)
 
  • University graduate in banking or related disciplines, with professional qualification in banking is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with experience in branch operations, treasury / securities settlement, or system development would be an advantage
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Conversant with PC applications, including MS Office
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
 
Assistant Manager - Operation & Development(Ref: COD-AMOD-ML)
 
  • University graduate in banking or related disciplines, with professional qualification in banking is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations with exposure in various areas
  • Experience in coordinating various banking functions, particularly in a project management role, would be an advantage
  • Able to perform work study, workflow design and review, development of operation and control procedures, and handle products/ system development or enhancement projects independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Internal Audit

Senior Auditor(Ref: IAD-AUD-PT)
 
  • Identify control weaknesses/ areas for improvement in business operations, and provide value-added recommendations to management

  • Prepare and consolidate audit findings for the review of Team Head/ Section Head

  • Provide guidance to team members of less experience

  • University graduate with major in Business Administration or Accounting with professional membership of AHKIB or ACCA/HKICPA

  • Minimum 5 years of audit experience in financial institutions or public accounting firms

  • Good understanding of banking products and services

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for Auditor

 

Settlement

Senior Associate - Investment Product Settlement Section (Ref: SET-SA-IPS-ML)
 
  • Form 5 or above
  • Relevant experience in operating and processing daily securities, other investment products settlement, custody settlement and related transactions
  • Knowledge of securities and investment product settlement / nominees processing and basic accounting
  • Operate settlement systems including HKSCC-CCASS, Clearstream-Creation Online, Euroclear-EUCLID with understanding of SWIFT/ CHATS
  • Be proficient in relevant risk and internal control requirements, able to work under pressure and overtime
  • Conversant with MS Word, Excel & Chinese character input
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
 
Senior Associate - Reconciliation Management Section (Ref: SET-SA-RMS-ML)
 
  • Form 5 or above
  • Relevant experience in constructing messages for telex, SWIFT and RTGS/CHATS and to distribute incoming messages and outgoing messages to/from respective departments and branches for our Bank
  • Familiar with telecommunications/electronic payment systems such as SWIFT,  SWIFTNet RTGS / CHATS and telex
  • Knowledge of internal systems such as operation procedures and controls of SWIFT Alliance and other related systems
  • Be proficient in relevant risk and internal control requirements, able to work under pressure and overtime
  • Conversant with MS Word, Excel & Chinese character input
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
